After several months of top-class coaching, Round House TKD has been recognised as an official Taekwondo club! Now, not only can the young people who attend our classes benefit from instruction from a registered British Taekwondo instructor, but the club itself is also registered too. British Taekwondo is responsible for all aspects of the Martial Art of Taekwondo including selecting Great Britain’s National Teams to compete at the European and World Championships, and of course the Olympic Games. So, parents can take a look at the British Taekwondo website to see the Round House project alongside clubs that have fostered Olympic champions!
Of course, those who attend our classes can be assured of Enhanced CRB clearance and Instructor Indemnity Insurance, but they can also feel safe in the knowledge that Engage Communities has ClubCover Liability Insurance (as the club is a member of nationwide organisation, sported.) Plus, our Community Interacters, volunteers and sports coaches are Enhanced CRB checked (now called DBS checks), and undergo mandatory ‘Safeguarding & Protecting Children’ training and ‘First Aid For All’ training. So, our young people are officially as safe as houses when they train with us. For more information, contact Yaser Mir on 07510 857563.
